RECHQ.Shop Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at RECHQ.Shop. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
1. Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will also be provided at the time of checkout.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
2. International Shipping Policy
- We currently ship to most countries, except for Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.
- Shipping charges and delivery estimates for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
3. Delivery Delays
- While we strive to maintain our delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide updates as necessary.
4. Damaged or Lost Orders
- RECHQ.Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
